Hi, I\u2019m Martin Schwab. I\u2019m passionate about exploring new ideas and turning them into actionable steps. I read extensively on concepts, systems, and processes, and I love experimenting with ways to apply these ideas across different areas of life and work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I grew up in a bakery, quite literally. My sister and I lived above it, sharing spaces like the kitchen with the employees. Looking back, it feels unconventional, but it was a unique and fun way to grow up. There was always something happening\u2014bakers started at midnight, the store opened at 6 a.m., and employees often stayed on Saturdays to drink beer and barbecue with us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The line between work and home was blurry, and that environment shaped my view on work. It wasn\u2019t just a job; it was a part of life. That experience taught me that work can be deeply fulfilling with passion and a sense of community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Now, I bring that same energy to everything I do. I\u2019m always seeking new ideas, testing them, and sharing what I learn along my journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
